Here is this month’s list of best-selling business books from the New York Times – Atomic Habits still #1; The Algebra of Wealth is at #2

The New York Times has published its list of best-selling business books for June, 2024.  Yes, Atomic Habits is still at the top spot.  But, the recently published The Algebra of Wealth is at #2, and the recent Supercommunicators is still in the top five, at #5.   The Algebra of Wealth

Though there is an occasional “bad” book (i.e., not useful; not informative…) among these New York Times’ best sellers, almost always, the books are winners; absolutely worth your time.

A friend who attended our most recent First Friday Book Synopsis sent me this message:  “even when I come into the First Friday and I do not think both books will be winners; you always make both books winners.”  I appreciate the compliment, but I don’t make the books winners; the books are winners.

From this month’s list, we have presented seven of the ten books at the First Friday Book Synopsis, our monthly event in Dallas (now in our 27th year; over 625 books presented).  My former colleague, Karl Krayer, presented Thinking, Fast and Slow, and I presented the other six of the seven:  Atomic Habits, The Algebra of Wealth, The Creative Act, Supercommunicators, Hidden Potential, and Dare to Lead.
