We had a wonderful morning at the December 6 First Friday Book Synopsis. Over 100 people gathered for the two synopsis presentations. First was the brilliant and actionable book on customer service Be Our Guest: Revised and Updated Edition: Perfecting the Art of Customer Service (The Disney Institute Leadership Series) by The Disney Institute and Theodore (Ted) Kinni. And, second, the equally brilliant look at the issue of culture and all its complexity, by Ben Horowitz, What You Do Is Who You Are: How to Create Your Business Culture.
